Item Description
17-1/2x23-1/8". Beautiful illustration of the US Capitol featuring a large section of the dome, several statues and groups of tourists. Signed and dated "1984" at lower right. Minor handling wear at edges. Exc. Between 1980-1985 Joan Andrews was the sketch artist for the Washington Post and CNN. She covered many important trials as well as Senate chambers and the Supreme Court. Each lot comes with LOA signed by the artist.
