20x30" poster features great art of Navy signalman waving flag w/warships visible in bkg. Top of poster has "He Is Getting Our Country's Signal - Are You?" text w/"Join The Navy" recruitment slogan below image. Printed by American Lithographic Co. of New York, c. 1917. Some faint horizontal creases across top w/pin holes at corners, but poster displays Exc./NM w/strong color as linen-mounted.
