Item Description
20x30" poster featuring art by Warren Keith shows airman pointing to Air Service star which is flanked by "Learn - Earn" text. Poster features another airman looking over a biplane in bkg. w/large sky image showing biplanes and zeppelins in flight. Printed by Edwards & Deutsch Litho. Co. of Chicago, IL, 1918. Poster has two inkstamps for Woonsocket, RI U.S. Army Recruiting Station. Margins have some repaired tears between .25" and .75" w/repaired 2" tear at top center and repaired 5" tear at top left (across zeppelin image, but not distracting). Top left corner has some moisture staining and lower right margin has repair to staple pull. Top corners have restored pin holes. Fine overall.
