Item Description
14x18" thin cardboard sign features G. Robert Hewitt's art of press operator flattening caricature of Nazi and Japanese, w/arrow pointing at "Hiro-Hitler." Roebling's & Sons Wire Company, 1940s. Bottom of sign reads "The Navy Said We're Good - Let's Keep On Being Good!" Sign has staple holes at corners and along margins as displayed in factory and has all over tiny age spots. Faint horizontal crease just below center. Fine/VF. Scarce.
