In 1953, Billy Sullivan was elected to the Wisconsin Athletic Hall of Fame and on June 29, 1954, Billy has honored with a ceremony at County Stadium in Milwaukee, preceding a Braves vs. Cubs National League ball game. Sullivan was a catcher for 16 years, mostly with the White Sox, including the 1906 season as a member of the "Hitless Wonders" who upset the cross-town rival Chicago Cubs in the World Series.
