Item Description
Metal suitcase is 20x4x22" when closed. On the outside is "Broward County" w/ the serial number "B-71041". Voting machine features privacy blinders on either side. Suitcase has moderate wear w/ some minor scattered oxidation. VF. It was this particular model in Florida that was associated w/ the infamous "Hanging Chads" which resulted in the Florida recount in the 2000 election, ultimately leading to George W. Bush's election after weeks of controversy and the Supreme Court's Bush v. Gore decision on December 12, 2000.
