Item Description
1.5" with union bug on black metal back, no maker. Button is c. 1963-64 and shows a seated Buddist monk consumed by flames. The photo is most likely from Saigon taken June 11, 1963 and  picturing Thich Quang Duc's self-immolation to protest the persecution of Buddists by the South Vietnamese government led by President Diem and backed by the U.S. The only example known to us.
