Item Description
1.25" w/large text on back paper reading "Cincinnati Regalia Co./Cincinnati, Ohio" plus a Baltimore union bug. Spring pin holds 1.25" American flag accent ribbon. Spanish explorers used the Raton Pass to cut through the Rocky Mountains and the Santa Fe Trail cuts through the area now known as Business I-25. From the 1880s on, Raton became a fast growing railroad, mining and ranching center. One of the very, very few early New Mexico buttons. Exc. One known. Rare.
