Item Description
7.5" long. Text reads "Free Silver! Free Ballot! For the Whole People". Some fraying and areas of thinness along top and bottom edges. Hand-written text above portrait and along bottom edge. Tiny hole just above portrait. Fine.  Albert Todd won in his 1896 bid for Congress but lost his re-election bid in 1898.
