Item Description
1.25" w/ W&H back paper. Only light surface wear. Exc. Sibley served in Congress representing Pennsylvania's 27th adn 28th Districts non-consecutively from 1893-1907, serving five terms overall. He began his career as a Democrat, running as the nominee for both the Democratic and Populist tickets from 1892-1896. In 1900 he switched to the Republican Party.
