Item Description
This famous 1941 premium ring is made of luminous plastic with a figural blue plastic piece designed as a chunk of coal on the top to symbolize the Blue Coal brand of anthracite coal. Side bands are in the full figure shape of the Shadow with a gun in one hand. The paper that accompanied this ring certified its owner as "A Member Of The Shadow Stop Crime Club". Ring glows brightly after light exposure and is bright and clean. As nice as they come. NM. Next is unused 4x9" Blue Coal promotional ink blotter. c.1940s. The Shadow radio promotional with "Llanerch Lumber & Coal Co. Upper Darby, PA." imprint. Lt. aging/wear. Lt. corner wear. Exc. Harry Matetsky Collection.
