Also as part of wrapper design is a Membership Application coupon. Five of these coupons were needed to order the club ring or badge along w/10¢. Lt. aging/handling wear. Minor edge wear. All over lt. creases as originally folded. Three of four corners of center design have a tiny holes where it would have been folded around the cards as issued. Only noticeable upon close inspection.
