14x22" original cardboard printed before the show by "Colby Poster Printing Co." advertising local radio station "Magic 107 Welcomes The Stranglers Mon. May 2" located at the Starry Night nightclub "N.W. 6th And Burnside" in the Old Town Chinatown neighborhood. This show was at the tail end the two month North American tour promoting their seventh studio album Feline. The Starry Night operated in the building from 1982 through 1991 and was later sold resulting in a name change to the Roseland Theater. Bright white background and bold blue lettering is still shiny in reflective light w/some letters missing color as printed. Lt. handling edge wear and slight corner frays w/.5" tear at right tip. VF. Design pays homage to classic window cards of yesteryear and frames above grade.
