Item Description
3.25x5.25" vintage matte real photo postcard depicting 12 team members in full uniform posed inside a stadium setting. Team identification at bottom reads "Bloomington 1913". Divided postcard back has handwritten note w/address and has been postally used w/a cancellation date of May 6. 1913. The Bloomington Bloomers baseball club finished in 7th place in the Illinois, Iowa, Indiana League during the 1913 season w/a final record of 64-71. Scattered creases/surface wrinkles visible on front w/scattered staining visible around edges on back. VG. Richard Merkin Collection.
