3.25x5.5" vintage matte real photo postcard depicting 12 ballplayers in full uniform along w/three gentlemen dressed in formal attire and a young mascot, all appearing inside a composite image of oval portraits w/ornate background. Team is identified at top front reading "Club Napoleon Champion De La Ligue De base-ball" and "Quebec Levis" at bottom. All team members are identified by name and position below their portrait. Handwritten notation at bottom margin center front is "1907-1908" in ink while 1907, 1908, 1909 & 1912 dates are all displayed in the photo background. Divided postcard back remains blank and unused. AZO stamp box dates the postcard to 1904-18. Tape residue along all four edges at center on front w/lt. even corner wear and 1.75" crease in lower left-hand corner. VG. Richard Merkin Collection.
