12x17" artboard has pen and ink original art for Captain America Vol. 5 #6, published by Marvel May 2005. Art is by Michael Lark. Art is for page 6 and features eight panels, showing snowy World War II scene in which Captain America and Bucky battle Nazi soldiers and a tank, w/Cap slinging his shield. Page features great sequence where Cap catches a German stick hand grenade and tosses it inside German tank's open turret. Snow effects seen in printed comic were added in later in production. Art has been signed in black ink at lower left by Lark, who added "05" date. Top margin has inked title and issue/page numbers. Exc.
