Item Description
1.75” w/tiny W&H maker’s mark on back along w/extensive text warning of a 50-cent fee if badge is lost. This company was established in Groton CT. in 1910 as a subsidiary of Electric Boat Co. to make diesel engines including those used in submarines. This carries serial number 1252. Very small loss of nickel plating, mostly upper left. VF. We’ve seen just one other with serial #881. Rare.
