1.25" w/W&H back paper. A few tiny scattered air marks in reflected light seen in white field just left of portrait. Slightly off-center. Otherwise light scattered wear. Extremely Fine. Populist canddiate in 1904 and 1908 and ran as the Populist Party VP in 1896 when they nominated William J. Bryan. A highly sought-after third party pin.
