A companion to the previous lot. This is the French issue by Globo Gum of the classic Gum Inc. issue. ACC# R109. Album is 6x10" w/24 pages. Nice pirate theme front cover art, back cover has Globo mascot boy blowing a large gum bubble. Inside covers note maker "TH. Muller." An album was not produced for the US issue. Each page is designed to hold three cards and has corresponding card text. Album has complete set of 72 cards mounted at appropriate spots. Cards are 2.5x3" w/choice color art that matches the Gum Inc. issue but all text is in French. Cover has all over wear and aging w/some staining. Good. Center four pages have come loose from the staples. Moderate margin wear some scattered glue staining throughout. Pages Good. Some cards have staining as mounted and other wear. Overall cards retains bright, vibrant color. Display mostly VG to EX as mounted.  Rare, especially as a complete album. This is the first French example we've seen in our 58 years.
