Item Description
1.5” w/W&H back paper. While “Phil”, the groundhog, was named in 1961, this club’s origins go back to 1887 as stated on this club member’s button, probably a souvenir from their annual Fall picnic in 1937. Phil’s ancestor is decked out in a tall hat, a wide bowtie w/left arm holding big, black umbrella and right a newspaper with the bold headline “Weather For Today”. One known to us. NM. Rare.
