Item Description
1.75” w/Pettibone, Cincinnati back paper. Pictured is “Governor John W. Bricker” While the net says there was not an official Ohio Day in 1939 or 1940, Ohio did have a state pavilion so likely they declared an unofficial day. Of four we know of, this is the only one clean and Exc. Rare.
