Item Description
1.25" w/ "Orange Mfg. Corp." (Newark) on curl.  Features Lady Justice holding fasces in one hand and the scales of justice in the other. There was an effort during the 1930s, endorsed by figures like FDR and others, to unite members of various faiths, most notably Catholics, Protestants, and Jews, in a united drive to foster a spirit of brotherhood across the United States and the world. We believe this pin to be from 1938, in which there was a "Brotherhood Day" gathering in NYC on April 25.  Light scattered wear. Still Exc.
