1.5x2.25" card from the second of three annual issues during the Puerto Rican League winter seasons, these cards are similar to the previous year's set. 216 cards in the set. Glossy bw photo front w/text on back in red which serves as a "Play" designation for use as a card game.

Willie C. Williams (1925 – 2011), nicknamed "Curley", was an American Negro league baseball infielder who played for the Newark Eagles, Houston Eagles, New Orleans Eagles and in the minor leagues in a career that spanned from 1945 to 1953.
