A one-story building in foreground is dwarfed by huge industrial structure with a water tower and fire escapes.
Shoe Company St. Louis” stretches across the building front between 1st and 2nd floors of 3-story structure.
The date upper left, likely a dedication date, is Aug. 19, 1919. Exc. One known to us.
