Art is by longtime DC artist Curt Swan (1920-1996) - better known for his long association w/Superman - w/inks by Rodin Rodriguez. Page features seven panels, showing Batman arriving at shooting gallery where the shooters receive instruction from arms dealer Specs as they shoot at Batman target. Batman himself appears in two panels, two additional times as seen on target (last panel showing Batman approaching as shooters hold up shot target). Top margin has inked title and issue/page numbers. Some scattered blue pencil editorial notations at margins. Faint horizontal crease across third through fifth panels, not distracting and only visible in reflected light on on back. Right corners have been clipped as has lower leftt corner, none affecting art. DC copyright inkstamp on back. Front has faint aging across top but o/w art is clean and Exc.
