Item Description
1.5" reads "National Theatre King Of The Kongo Club Member." Cello lightly stained all over. Reverse has original, but blank, paper with light stain. Still displays fine. This was Nat Levine's 7th Mascot serial in 1929 released in 3 versions: silent, sound-on-disc and sound-on-film. Veteran serial stars Walter Miller and Jacqueline Logan look for missing relatives in Darkest Africa and encounter ivory smugglers. In the end, the menacing man who seems to be their worst enemy, turns out to be Logan's long-lost father and guardian angel - a role played by Karloff, in his third Mascot serial. Rare. First Seen.
