Item Description
1.25" bw photo button without dot pattern and with color tinting on the figures and foliage. Rim reads "The Son Of Tarzan - The Mystic Order Of The Jungle." Cello is exceptionally clean and with extremely high gloss. Also, of the few we've seen before, this is the second to have a backpaper which reads "Kraus M'fg. Co. 220 W. 42d. St. New York U.S.A." Paper has .5" tear but barely shows. This serial was by National Film Corp. and pictures Tarzan as played by P. Dempsey Tabler shown with a man dressed as an ape at the lower left and with a woman in the right bkg. A beautiful example with crisp details. Lovely coloration and exceptional high gloss. About our 4th seen. Rare. Our last exceeded $1,750.
