15.5" tall. 1940s-WWII era. Roosevelt stands with hand over heart. Separated fingers form "V." Name on base front. Hairlines at knees/feet. Nicely detailed as opposed to similar carnival statue figures. Tiny scattered paint loss. Nicely toned bronze paint. Fine.
