18" tall. c. 1940s. Composition body with cloth uniform. 1x1" shield-shaped tag reads "Gen. MacArthur/Man Of The Hour" with manufacturer name below. Tag has age spotting on front and original penciled price on reverse. Fine. Fully jointed arms and legs. Oxidation on buttons. Light cracking of compo on face. Light wear to oilcloth/felt shoes. Missing belt. From the Tomart Archives and comes with COA signed by Tom Tumbusch & Ted Hake. VG.
