Item Description
Listed as DeWitt/Sullivan 1860-91 and using what DeWitt calls "Lincoln portrait No. 1." On the reverse, the Hamlin image is like DeWitt 1860-97. Both images are extremely clear, showing only with magnification is a pinpoint dot of emulsion gone by Lincoln's left eye and on his cheek is a 1/32" hairline crack in the emulsion, again only showing with magnification. Much luster on the solid brass rims. Exc. and rarely found nicer.
