Item Description
6.75" tall with brass hanger holding rwb fabric ribbon just a trifle soiled and with crease across the large W&H cardboard tag on the reverse. Ribbon holds a gorgeous slotted celluloid sheet reading "Ninth Annual Convention/Chiefs Of Police/Of The U.S. & Canada." Below woman with horse and below that barrel of "Old Kentucky Whiskey." Below "May 7th 1902, Louisville, KY." Cello displays Mint. Only example we've seen.
