Item Description
First is brass and enamel with bar reading "Journal Century Course." Medal below depicting herald with trumpet and a bicycle wheel. Banner from trumpet reads "New York Journal Century Run." Lower ribbons read "June 16th 1900." Much remaining luster. Second medal is 3 segments of different toned medals and nearly 3" tall. Upper piece has female figure with wreath and "1900" pennant plus text "Veterans Invitation Century Run." Center segment with silver luster depicts man in Spanish American War uniform with text "C.P. Staubach Captain." Below is small brass luster medal showing bicycle wheel accented by wings. This medal is by "Dieges & Clust" and the center section is stamped on the reverse "Sterling." Exc.
