This item is unlisted in Hake although it does feature the same image as Hake #3174. The reverse is in dark green cardboard and this holds a red, white and blue T-shaped ribbon at the top which could be used with a pin to wear the item. The only flaw is on the reverse where there is a tiny 3/32” separation in the celluloid that makes a barely perceptible bump on the rim edge at 2 o’clock when viewed from the front.
