This graphic 6” celluloid has a textured black cardboard reverse and rather than a pin it has a 2.75” long u-shaped metal wire which allows it to be hung over a shirt or jacket pocket for display. There is no maker’s name. Quite likely produced for use at the 1932 or 1936 nominating convention. Upper right has a 1/32” dot of celluloid missing off the horizontal black line but o/w just lt. general surface wear showing largely only in reflected light. Button displays bright and clean with high gloss. Catalogued as the first FDR item in Hake Political Buttons Book II. Rare.
