Item Description
1.25" scarce design also known in 7/8" size. Superb color w/polar bear and seal resting against the yellow circle enclosing Santa's head w/American flag and yellow/blue sunburst at top. Almost certainly design was created in 1909 at time of Robert Peary's North Pole discovery. Complete w/W&H backpaper lightly tanned. Imprint of St. Paul store "Meet Me At Mannheimer's."
