Item Description
Each button is a 13/16" litho, some with the company name on the back and some without. Hake's Buttons In Sets book listed 19 seen. While the set we are offering is missing one it also includes a new discovery making this a 20 button set. The missing button pictured the Ford Tri-motored Transport. However the new discovery is "Colonel Lindbergh's Lockheed-Sirius With Pontoons." Some other interesting planes in the set are: Admiral Byrd's South Pole plane; Rickenbacker's plane; Lindbergh's Spirit of St. Louis; First Wright Biplane-1903; Byrd's North Pole plane; Graf Zeppelin; and numerous military planes. Couple of pinpoint rubs on a couple but an extremely high grade set all Exc. to Mint. 19 of now 20 known.
