Item Description
12.25x12.5" signed album cover contains original paper insert with a 33 1/3 RPM record on the Mainstream label. Record is Exc. Album is "Big Brother & The Holding Company" and features Janis Joplin on vocals. Joplin has signed boldly "Janis Joplin" in the lower left-hand corner in the white field of album cover. Signature is in blue ink and has some light fading/skipping but it is still very distinct. Album has some dust soiling and wear including surface paper tears and a tear of 4" edge splits on bottom of record, one of which has been repaired with a 3.5" tape repair. Album cover is VG with a VF signature. Comes with a letter of authenticity from Hake’s.
