Item Description
After a few years, Superman had begun to build a roster of reoccurring villains that would continue to plague year after years. None was more bizarre than the imp from another dimension, Mr. Mxyztplk. This unrestored issue contains his second appearance and, more importantly, this is the first time he had graced the cover. The pages are cream to off-white. The book is CGC-certified as 8.5 (VF+). According to the CGC Census, this is the second highest graded copy they have seen.
