Item Description
Basketball’ first hero, George Mikan graces the cover of this sports anthology. AS always, the book is giving a nod to other, lesser known sports. This may be the first time in comic history that Hockey had been featured on a cover. They also give boxing and figure skating a moment in the sun. The pages are cream to off-white. This unrestored book is CGC-certified 9.4 (NM). According to the CGC Census; this is the highest-graded copy they have seen. It is also recognized as a Harvey Publishing File Copy.
