Item Description
The cover image of the falling man still stands out to day for its horrific appearance. While the title was based on the adventures of Doc Savage and his team, it was actually a very solid anthology. This issue sees the debut of Nick Carter. It also has the final episode of Ajax the Sun-Man. The cover sports a wonderful photo from the radio hit Duffy’s Tavern. The Tavern also has a story inside. The pages are off-white. This unrestored book is CGC-certified 9.2 (NM-). According to the CGC Census this is the highest-graded copy they have seen. It is also recognized as belonging to the Pennsylvania Pedigree.
