Item Description
This is the first issue of another great anthology title from the golden Age. Better Publications (Nedor) came up with some real winners for this title. Among them are the origin of Captain Future-Man of Tomorrow, and the first appearances of Mystico (by Eisner/Fine) and The Wonder Man. The Masked Rider and his horse Pinto are taken from pulps and given a comic book adaptation. The issue is also notorious for a drug use story. The title had a good run. It lasted 53 issues and saw cancellation 1948. The pages are white. This unrestored book is CGC-certified 6.0 (FN).
