First is a 2.25" tall embossed brass stickpin depicting a donkey with the name "Truman" in red on its saddle blanket. Couple small dots of darker tarnish but vast majority is bright and clean. Unlisted in Hake. Second is a 2.25" tall brown plastic donkey pin which does not carry his name but reads "Victory 1948" on the side panel. Mint. Next is a very badly warped 1-5/8" plastic badge with bar pin on reverse and text naming "The Felt Crafters Plaistow, N.H." Front of the piece has raised die-cut Democratic donkey with their names incised above and below. Severely warped but still relatively clean. Last is a figural donkey lapel stud with the front displaying the head covered in clear rhinestones with red rhinestone eyes with the die-cut letters "Harry" below. The back of the piece is actually formed as a donkey's hindquarters and the gap between the front and back served to allow it to be slipped onto a pocket or lapel edge. Tiny text on the back naming an apparent jewelry maker "Bogoff." Light tarnish but otherwise Mint.
