Embossed brass pin 1-1/8" wide designed as the Republican elephant party symbol. The elephant's red blanket is actually a hinged brass covering with a tiny tab along the bottom edge. When this is pulled down the brass covering flies upwards revealing photos of McKinley and Hobart. An extremely clean example with perfect mechanical action. Reverse has horizontal bar pin.
