Item Description
1.25" diameter with an overlaid finely detailed representation of a feather pen 2.25" in length. Overlaid upon this is an enamel and brass piece displaying the Prussian coat of arm. Text on the piece is in German and also repeated in French. Reverse has "T" hinge with large raised up brass piece opposite to hold the pin point. Superbly made and in essentially Mint condition. Rare.
