Item Description
1.25" button with back paper naming W&H but also text "Copyrighted 1901 By The Nut-Shell Publishing Co." Front reads "Pan-American Exposition." Design is a take off of the more frequently seen logo for the expo with two female figures forming North and South America. Button has a hairline in the cello at extreme left running vertically about 1" that catches reflected light but the only stain is a barely perceptible dot above the last letter of "Exposition." A rare and beautiful piece used as the photo example for Hake's book Collectible Pin-Back Buttons Expositions section #188. Comes with Hake's COA.
