10" long. This splendid ribbon is unlisted in the Hake and the Sullivan/Fischer reference books. Featuring a large shield with an American flag design and gilt lettering. This was produced for the Republican national convention held in New York. Impeccably crafted ribbon down to the hanging tassel. NM and Rare.
