Item Description
7-3/8x19.5" craft tint artboard has three panel original art for strip #8070 from Oct. 29, 1964. First panel has NPP copyright strip. Art by Wayne Boring, a comic book artist best known for his work on Superman from the late 1940s to the 1960s. Art features Clark Kent in first panel, who uses his heat vision to drill hole in canister of "Knockout Gas," freeing him from gun-toting gangster. Second panel shows him changing into Superman, third panel has him pulling mask off gangster, mentioning he can take it w/another mask to his headquarters. NPP strip has some aging and artboard has some lt. handling wear and aging to tint areas but is o/w VF/Exc.
