2.5x3-1/8". The 1940 Play Ball series consists of 240 cards.
Carl Hubbell, who spent his entire career (1928-1943) w/the Giants and was a nine-time All-Star (1933-1938, 1940-1942), two-time NL MVP (1933, 1936) and a World Series champion (1933). Hubbell was inducted into the National Baseball Hall of Fame in 1947. The autograph is very strong and well placed at the bottom of the card without impeding the image. The PSA population report indicates one of only two at this grade level w/only three ever graded higher.
