Plastic Little: The Adventures Of Captain Tita is a Japanese original video animation (OVA) film and manga series created by Staoshi Urushihara, released in March 1994 (in the US on VHS by ADV Films in July 1994, one of two titles to feature the infamous "Jiggle Counter"). The main character of Plastic Little is Tita Mu Koshigaya, a young woman who captains a ship, the Cha-Cha Maru, capturing exotic creatures in the 'sea of clouds' of the planet Ietta, to sell to collectors and zoos. She saves Elysse Aldo Mordish from a rogue faction of Ietta's military forces, led by the armored commander Guizel, who killed Elysse's father. As the military chases Elysse, it becomes apparent that she holds the key to a secret that could determine the fate of the entire planet's independence.
