8” tall. Arman M.7. Madison portrait (same as Thomas Jefferson) black transfer on creamware w/linked states and wreath surround. Bold Federal Eagle Liverpool Herculaneum makers mark under spout. "Peace, Plenty And Independence" spread winged eagle atop a cannon flanked by Columbia figures on reverse. Crack along incised ring on base results in a significant chip, possibly made in original firing. Technically Fine but displays above grade. Rex & Patti Stark Collection.
